Thank you for participating in the St. Victor School’s Eleventh Annual Football Jamboree, for (A) & (C) Divisions, on October 27, 2007.  This letter contains information related to the tournament:

 

Please be sure to register your (C) team(s) by 7:45 AM and the (A) team(s) by 11:30 AM.  Lunch tickets for up to (15) players and (3) coaches, schedules, will be distributed to you upon completed registration.  Rules can be found on our sports website at www.stvictorsports.org.  There is an additional charge of $ 3.50 for each extra lunch ticket if needed.  Lunch will be available from 10:00 Am - 3:00 Pm.   Any outstanding tournament registration money is due and payable at the registration table.

 

As we are concerned about everyone’s safety please tell your players and other family members that there are NO skateboards, bicycles, scooters or in line skates allowed on the school grounds.  Also NO pets of any kind are allowed on the St. Victor Premises.  Barbeques are also prohibited.  Due to the size of this tournament, there is insufficient space on the field for schools to set up canopies or tents.  However, you are welcome to bring lawn chairs.  We only ask that you keep the area clean. 

 

Please inform your parents of the above rules.  In addition to those rules, I would like to inform you about parking.  We have many activities that go on at St. Victor that need parking along with our tournament guests.  The tournament guests will only be allowed to park in the back of the school near the field.  The front and side lots will be used for other activities.  Please park in parking spaces only.  Do not park illegally, or further action will be taken, at your expense.
